وهوعبارة عن طوبار يتم رفعه هيدوليكا كل فترة زمنية محدده ( حسب سرعة تصلب الخرسانة) ويجري فيه الصب على مدار الساعه حتى يتم الصب لكامل الارتفاع
يستخدم هذا النظام عادة في بناء الخزانات الدائرية او صوامع الحبوب او المناور او المصاعد في الابنية العالية وجدران الخزانات العالية
وهذا النظام واليكم طريقة التنفيذ

The Interform Hydraulic Slipform Jacks are manufactured with a working capacity of 3, 6 and 12 ton. The jack grips the rod with two ballgrips, which are unique for the Interform System. The stroke for each lift can be adjusted individually making it possible to operate the slipform with the greatest accuracy.
The 6 ton Interform Slipform Hydraulic Jack is normally used for High-rise Tapered Structures and when the required lifting load is heavy. The 3 ton Interform Slipform Hydraulic Jack is normally used for Straight Structures and when the load is normal.
One speciality developed by us is the Interform Slipform System for Tapered Structures, which has been used to slipform more than 1.000.000 square metres of surface of chimneys and towers over the years.
The Interform System gives you the following advantages:

The slipform technique is a rapid and economical construction method that can be applied with great advantage to many types of construction projects, such as chimneys, silos, radio- and water towers, bridge-columns, caissons, stair- and lift- shaft-cores, shaft linings and oil-platforms, etc.The technique is based on movable forms which are gradually lifted by hydraulic jacks. The jacks climb on special steel rods which are extended as the concrete structure grows. It is a continuous process where wet concrete is added to wet concrete. Reinforcing steel and/or post-tensioned cables are continuously fixed as the form climbs. The concrete surface that appears below
the form is usually treated by floating and brushing before it hardens.Normal slipping speed is three to six metres per 24 hours. The economic advantages of this method lie in the fact that the process is very rapid and that the costs of the forms are kept low. This is especially apparent in tall concrete structures.
