بصراحة عندي مشروع في applied heat exchanger
وابغى منكم المساعده اذا امكن في بعض المعلومات
(double pipe heat exchanger sizing)
information: desing an optimum size double pipe heat exchanger which is to be employed to heat 5 kg/s of dowtherm from (15 to 65 درجة الحراره)
using hot water cooled in the process from 95 th 75.
the pressure drop on the water side is a given constraint which must not be more than 200000 N/m2 while the pressure drop on the dowtherm side is also a given constraint which must be more than 150000 N/m2.
use the properties of water
properties of dowtherm at a mean temperatuer of 40 are as follows:
density(1044 kg/m3
spisific heat(1622 J/kg-k
conductivity(0.138 W/m-k
viscosity(0.0027 N-s/m2
prandtle # 31.7
copper allys as well as stainless steel are both compatible with dowtherm
requirements:
* provide a project report that is according to the acceptable format
including a cover page table of co tents , a main body which includes a disussion of the step by step desing methodology with flow chart
