- Hunts, proposes, initiates and identifies the Electrical Equipments Industrial Opportunities.
- Prepares complete feasibility studies that covers in details the technical, commercial and financial analysis.
- Capable of negotiating the commercial and legal issues with either the Joint Venture partner or the technical licensor.
- Prepares the Joint Venture Agreement and the Technical License Agreement with the selected partner.
- Capable of preparing and completing all legal registration of the company including the Articles of Association, Commercial Registration, and Industrial License.
- Prepares the project plan and supervises the construction and start up operations.
- Prepares the recruitment process and job descriptions of the company managers and start recruiting the key employees.
- Prepares the specifications including the drawings of the prefabricated steel building and the civil construction to be used as the basis for calling the quotations.
- Prepares the technical specifications of the raw materials required for the project and establish the contacts with the suppliers.
- Prepares the technical specifications of the required machineries to be used as the basis of calling quotations.
- Establish all required contacts with the suppliers and contractors to get quotations and making technical / commercial comparisons to release the orders.
- Prepares the marketing strategy to be followed in order to get the required prequalification and approvals as quickly as possible to minimize the pre-operating costs.
- Prepares the prototypes for the routine and type testing at a well recognized international laboratory and get the relevant certificates.
- Prepares the ISO 9001 manuals and procedures to be followed in operating the company.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering plus a master degree in Business Administration.
- Strong personality and leadership.
- Strong Computer skills covering writing, calculation, and planning schedules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven successful experience as indicated above not less than 10 years.
To manage all sales activities for Asco Joucomatic products within the assigned territories to achieve bookings, sales and profit targets.
· Proactively promote the sale of AJM products in the assigned territory to achieve annual bookings, sales and profit targets.
· Identify and establish relationships with suitable sales distributors within the territory.
· Support sales distributor channel to develop AJM’s business, performing joint customer visits with the distributor representative as necessary.
· Develop long-term relationships with key account customers and ensure sufficient account coverage between AJM and the local distributor.
· Trade Compliance Responsibilities.
· Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to distributor channels.
· Deliver product training and education to sales distributors as required.
· Conduct seminars and company presentations to customers and provide support at exhibitions and trade shows.
· Implement and maintain monthly distributor reporting system.
· Contribute to the annual and monthly reports submitted to AJM sales management.
· Coordinate with ASCO JOUCOMATIC Netherlands on all marketing & sales activities.
· Work with colleagues in the ASCO Joucomatic sales office in Dubai and Netherlands to maintain high levels of customer service and provide assistance in other sales territories as required.
· Provide support to distributors for the preparation of quotations, tenders and customer correspondence as necessary.
· Follow up on new project leads and monitor the status of ongoing projects.
· Liase with the Order Administrator to ensure effective sales order processing and on-time delivery
· Liase with Finance to resolve any invoice discrepancies and held reduce company DSC level
· Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.
Qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline (mechanical preferred)
Minimum of 3 years in proactive sales
