Today, technology uses has been extremely increased in the last few years throughout the world. This is apparent in every where around us. It is disagreed that technology will replace teachers in classrooms. This will be proven by analyzing how teachers can adjusting their approaches to the needs of their students as well as motivate and discipline them in order to achieve success in their academic life.
Teachers can always change their ways of teaching, approaches and methodologies to fit with different students during a classroom. For instance, if students in any given class are having trouble understanding a classroom topic, the teacher can rephrase the topic and deliver it in a more effective way. Technological solutions wouldn’t be able to interact with students otherwise, technology will be incapable to be an effective way of teaching because the difference in mentality and personality between students. Thus, technology can’t be replacing teachers in classrooms.
Motivation and discipline are other key factors to student’s academic success. This is clearly apparent when teaching to children as children required much more motivation and discipline to help them to think actively and effectively. A computerized teacher can’t accomplish this as certain situations require judgment to ensure that the student is acting in appropriate manner. After analyzing this point, it is clearly proven that teachers will always be needed in the classrooms.
As a result of analyzing both of teacher’s ability of changing teaching approaches and how they motivate and discipline their students as well, it is appear clearly that technology can’t replace human teachers in classrooms. Further, in next few years, it expected that technological solutions will me more and more valuable assets in addition to human teachers to help them to improve the educational life quality and help more and more teachers to accomplish their message to the social community.
