I will start with the easy ones
Scheduling means developing a workable scheme to reach a certain deliverable for, example to achieve a structure work for a double story villa you have to schedule what needs to be done to reach that goal i.e. foundations, columns and slabs.
Scheduling involves breaking down the items, assigning resources and sometimes incorporate cost.
Planning means identifying the road map, milestones and steps needed to reach a goal.
Planning could be applied over scope, time, quality and other knowledge areas
