    السلام عليكم

    اود السؤال عن نسب السيكا فيوم بالتحديد مع التعزيز بالمواصفات للحالات التالية :
    0.2-0.5 %
    0.5-1 %
    >1%
    مع العلم بان المشكلة في الموقع هي تواجد الكبريتات بنسب عالية جدا ويرفض استخدام الاسمنت المقاوم للكبريتات فقط.

    فهل من مواصفة تحسم هذا الامر ؟

    Concure 90
    High efficiency curing compound
    Uses
    As a spray applied membrane to retain moisture in
    concrete for effective curing.
    Suitable for all general concreting applications and of
    particular benefit for large area concrete surfaces, such as
    airport runways, roads and bridgeworks.
    Advantages
    􀂄Improved curing of concrete enhances cement
    hydration and provides a more durable concrete.
    􀂄Control of moisture loss improves surface quality,
    reducing permeability, producing a hard wearing,
    dust-free surface and minimising potential for surface
    cracking and shrinkage.
    􀂄Light reflective grades minimise solar temperature
    gain.
    􀂄Spray application reduces labour costs and eliminates
    the need for alternative curing systems.
    Standard compliance
    All grades of Concure 90 give 90% or greater curing
    efficiency when tested to BS 7542 and comply with BS
    8110 Part 1, Clause 6.6.3 (c), ASTM C-309 and AASHTO
    M148. Concure 90 Aluminised complies with the DTp
    Specification for Highway Works, Clause 1027.
    Concure 90 Clear and Concure 90 Aluminised comply with
    the requirements of the United Kingdom Water Byelaws
    Scheme and are listed in the Water Fittings and Materials
    Directory as suitable for use in contact with potable water.
    Description
    Concure 90 concrete curing compound is resin based and
    is supplied in various pigmented grades.
    Clear: Straw liquid drying to a clear film
    Green: As clear grade but with green fugitive dye
    White: White liquid drying to a white film
    Aluminised: Silver liquid drying to silver film
    When first applied to a fresh cementitious surface the
    product forms a continuous, non-penetrating coating. This
    coating dries to form a continuous film which provides a
    barrier to moisture loss ensuring more efficient cement
    hydration, improved durability and reduced shrinkage.
    The white and aluminised grades contain pigments based
    on titanium dioxide and aluminium flake respectively to
    meet specifications requiring such pigmentation for
    reduction of solar temperature gain.
    Technical support
    Fosroc provides a technical advisory service for on-site
    assistance and advice on admixture selection, evaluation
    trials and dispensing equipment. Technical data and
    guidance can be provided for admixtures and other
    products for use with fresh and hardened concrete.
    Instructions for use
    Application
    Pigmented grades should be stirred before use to ensure
    even dispersion of pigment.
    Concure 90 should be spray applied to the surface of
    fresh concrete. Application should begin immediately the
    concrete is free from surface water. Do not apply if bleed
    water is forming or present on the concrete surfaces.
    The spray nozzle should be held approximately 450 mm
    from the concrete surface and passed back and forth to
    ensure complete coverage. Pump pressure should be
    maintained to given an even, fine spray.
    After spraying, no further application of water or other
    material is necessary to ensure continued curing. The
    concrete surface should not be disturbed until it has
    sufficient strength to bear surface loads. The applied film
    should not be walked on before it is fully dry and care
    should be taken to ensure that the film is not broken.
    Concure 90 may also be applied to the surface of newly
    hardened concrete immediately after de-moulding. In
    such cases the concrete surface should be sprayed with
    water to saturate it prior to the application of Concure 90.
    Dry surfaces may prevent correct film formation and cause
    absorption of the Concure 90 which may lead to staining
    and difficulty in later removal.
    Coverage rate
    The recommended coverage rate is between 3.5 and 5.0
    m2 per litre (0.200 to 0.285 litre per m2). Coverage rates
    outside this recommended range may be used if
    necessary and suitable to meet specific requirements.
    Contact local Fosroc office or representative for advice in
    such cases.
    Equipment
    Spray equipment producing a fine mist may be used for
    Concure 90, such as knapsack or motorised sprayers.
    The suitability of equipment should be ensured by an
    application trial.
    Equipment cleaning
    Spray equipment should be cleaned immediately after use
    by flushing through with Fosroc Solvent 103.

    Important note:
    Fosroc products are guaranteed against defective materials and manufacture and are sold subject to its standard Conditions
    for the Supply of Goods and Services, copies of which may be obtained on request. Whilst Fosroc endeavours to ensure that
    any advice, recommendation, specification of information it may give is accurate and correct, it cannot, because it has no direct
    or continuous control over where or how its products are applied, accept any liability either directly or indirectly arising from the
    use of its products, whether or not in accordance with any advice, specification, recommendation of information given by it.
    Over-coating and removal
    Concure 90 must be removed from a concrete surface
    before application of a subsequent coating to ensure a good
    bond of the over coated material to the concrete. Concure
    90 will be slowly removed by physical abrasion in normal
    trafficking and exposure. To ensure complete removal use
    high-pressure water jet or light sand blasting. Nonpigmented
    grades of Concure 90 will also be slowly broken
    down by exposure to UV light.
    Limitations
    Specifications calling for wax or water based curing
    membranes can be met using Concure WB.
    Estimating - packaging
    Concur 90 is available in drum supply. Details of specific
    packaging volumes are available on request.
    UN packaging regulations
    All products classified as ‘hazardous’ which are to be
    exported overseas, must conform to the current UN
    regulations for packaging and documentation. Standard
    packaging for UK requirements may not conform to UN
    regulations.
    Fosroc can supply in the correct export packaging and with
    the required documentation for surface transport. Where
    Fosroc are requested to deliver within the UK and the
    Purchaser intends to ship onwards, it is incumbent upon the
    Purchaser to specify that UN packaging and documentation
    is required at the time of quotation and placing of an order.
    Otherwise, once materials are received, the responsibility
    rests solely with the Purchaser.
    The use of UN packaging may affect the selling price of
    products. Refer to the local Fosroc office or representative.
    Storage
    Concur 90 has a minimum shelf life of 12 months, 6 months
    for pigmented grades, when stored in the original unopened
    containers under normal warehouse conditions.
    Precautions
    Health and safety
    Concur 90 should not be swallowed or allowed to come into
    contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of vapours and
    ensure adequate ventilation.
    Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn.
    Some people are sensitive to resins and solvents. Barrier
    creams such as Kerodex Anti-solvent or Rozalex Anti-pint
    provide additional skin protection.
    Should accidental skin contact occur, remove immediately
    with a resin removing cream such as Kerocleanse Standard
    Grade Skin Cleanser or Rozaklens Industrial Skin Cleanser,
    followed by washing with soap and water - do not use
    Solvent.
    In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of
    water and seek medical advice. If swallowed seek medical
    attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.
    For further information consult the Material Safety Data
    Sheet available for this product.
    Fire
    Concur 90 is flammable. Do not expose to naked flames or
    other source s of ignition.
    Flash points - 40oC
    Cleaning and disposal
    Spillages of Concur 90 should be absorbed onto sand, earth
    or vermiculite and transferred to suitable containers.
    The disposal of excess or waste material should be carried
    out in accordance with local legislation under the guidance
    of the local waste

    وجميعها تستخدم مباشرة عقب تسوية سطح الخرسانة

    ويستخدم نفس الرشاش المستخدم في أعمال الزراعة

    وهو ينتج عنة غشاء رقيق من الطبقة البلاستيكية لمنع تبخر مياة الخلطة

    ويراعي ان يستخدم كل نوع حسب مواصفاتة

    فهناك أنواع يجب إزالتها قبل المحارة ( اللياسة )

    وهناك لا تحتاج للإزالة قبل اللياسة

    وهذا المنتج متوفر بـــ فوسروك وكذلك متوفر بـــــ سيكا تحت مسمي أخر

    و هذا ما استخدمة في جميع المشروعات منذ نحو 30 عام والله الموفق

    انا عندى استفسار انا عندى نفس المشكلة بس حللت المشكلة بان جبرت المقاول على استخدام مادة الفلاياش وهى مادة ايضافية تقلل فى زمن الشك وانصحك بيها لانى انا مجربها وممكتازة ادا ارد التأخر فى فك القوالب ولكن لابد من المعالجة بالماء

    كل ما سبق من الاخوه صحيح ففي هذه الحاله يلعب الخشب دور الخيش المستعمل في ترطيب سطح الخرسانه وعدم تعريضها مباشرة لاشعة الشمس وحتى اذا كان للطوبار او الشده اي دور في عزل الخرسانه عن ماء المعالجه باي شكل كان كما يتوجب ابقاء الشده ودعمها وليس التصفيح فقط وذلك للحفاظ على السلامه الانشائيه للجدران وخصوصا اذا كانت ذات ارتفاع كبير لان وزن هذه الجدران الهائل قد يجبر الخرسانه والتي لم تكتسب القوه الكافيه بعد لتحمل وزنها على التحرك وفقا لميلها وبالتالي حدوث تشققات داخليه قد تمتد لتفصل حديد التسليح عن الخرسانه المحيطه به مسببة مشكله كبيره , وكما اذكر فان هذه المده لا تقل عن ثلاثة ايام وتزداد تبعا لحرارة الجو.
    اتفق مع اخي بان زمن الشك الابتدائي يبدأ من 45 دقيقه الى ساعتين تبعا لدرجة الحراره والمحتوى المائي والمحتوى الاسمنتي وغيرها ولكن لا تجوز ان تبدأعملية الايناع قبل 12 ساعه من الصب حتى لا تؤذي هذه العمليه الوجه الخارجي للخرسانه والذي سيكون ما يزال طريا في الساعات الاولى بعد الصب .

    طبعا يتولد هنا سؤال ثاني وهو هل يجوز ايناع الخرسانه اذا كان من المتوقع حدوث الصقيع , اليس من الخطر رش الخرسانه بالماء وتغلغله في مسامات الخرسانه ثم المخاطره بتمدد الماء من جراء تجمده وتشقيقه للخرسانه المجاوره .؟
