First and foremost it's definitely a sunny idea, but wonder whether or not it'd be useful for everyone! It sounds that members feel uncomfortable writing in English and might that comes from the fair of being criticised, I suspect. But that the way it is, we can't get any achievement without being told about our work.

I'll use both,, formal and informal English and also put some explanations between brackets.

Regardless of whether it's a race, competition or even race competition!..lol.. I'd be happy to participate as a backpacker and feel like following up this "activity" ( I feel like = I would like to ... Do you feel like a cup of tea OR ( Do you feel like having a cup of tea) = Would you like to have a cup of tea)

I think that brother Shibly has, obviously, a high level of English but needs paying some attention to the upper-case , lower-case and punctuation.
L@@K I always see you using (its) rather than (it's) or (it is), be aware brother as (its) is the possessive of (it),, itsy-bitty (very small) but important, what do you reckon?

M. Masri,,, your English is quite terrific but , be honest, you need to pay attention to the tense, words order and articles as well.

In fact , I plane (I'm planing)to build up a form of race ( You can also say "build a form of race up") between us in English skills

Simple present is used to express a periodic or everyday situation, though it's current .

I love going out every night , he eats an apple everyday.

Continuous (v+ing) is used to explain a situation that is happing for a short period of time.

What about of expectant of interested members

"expectant" is an adjective and "of" is used to connect a group of nones..
On the face of it (that means, given the ideas you've described) and as an Arabic native speaker, I can understand your sentence ,I believe.
Do you mean
What's your expectation about what would be interesting members?
Or
What's about expectations of members' interests?
Or

"interested' is extremely different than "interesting"

"interested members" means (members who are interesting)
"interesting members' means (something that make members being interested in)
