The Interform hydraulic jack system is very reliable, it requires little maintenance and is easy to operate. The jacks are individually controlled and the level of each jack is indicated by a waterlevel system. The Interform Slipform System is considered to be the best system available on the market by our clients who also have experience from other systems.Slipforming
The Interform Hydraulic Slipform Jacks are manufactured with a working capacity of 3, 6 and 12 ton. The jack grips the rod with two ballgrips, which are unique for the Interform System. The stroke for each lift can be adjusted individually making it possible to operate the slipform with the greatest accuracy.
The 6 ton Interform Slipform Hydraulic Jack is normally used for High-rise Tapered Structures and when the required lifting load is heavy. The 3 ton Interform Slipform Hydraulic Jack is normally used for Straight Structures and when the load is normal.
One speciality developed by us is the Interform Slipform System for Tapered Structures, which has been used to slipform more than 1.000.000 square metres of surface of chimneys and towers over the years.
The Interform System gives you the following advantages:
- Reduction of diameter to less than 50%
- Wide range for reduction of wall thickness
- Wall inclination to be continuously changed to fit almost all profiles
- An accurate circular section is secured automatically
- Safe and reliable system for operating and checking is mainly achieved by centrally operated hydraulic screws
The slipform technique is a rapid and economical construction method that can be applied with great advantage to many types of construction projects, such as chimneys, silos, radio- and water towers, bridge-columns, caissons, stair- and lift- shaft-cores, shaft linings and oil-platforms, etc.The technique is based on movable forms which are gradually lifted by hydraulic jacks. The jacks climb on special steel rods which are extended as the concrete structure grows. It is a continuous process where wet concrete is added to wet concrete. Reinforcing steel and/or post-tensioned cables are continuously fixed as the form climbs. The concrete surface that appears below
the form is usually treated by floating and brushing before it hardens.Normal slipping speed is three to six metres per 24 hours. The economic advantages of this method lie in the fact that the process is very rapid and that the costs of the forms are kept low. This is especially apparent in tall concrete structures.
We are specialized in this construction method, and are equipped with the best hydraulic jack and yoke-system on the market today. We have assembled engineers and technicians who are experienced at finding economy in a construction project. We plan, design and construct the forms. We then supply the equipment and expertise required to assemble and lift the form at site.
Three ton, six ton and twelve ton jacks with climbing strokes adjustable from 20 mm to 60 mm allow varying formloads to be raised evenly. Jacks and yokes are designed to allow maximum flexibility in working deck and hanging scaffolds. This is crucial in designing the most efficient and economical slipform system for each particular
