:Question
Design a suitable transistor current source circuit configuration to provide a constant
and stable output currents of IO1=4 mA and IO2=3.5 mA. The circuit use a single, reference current of IREF=0.25 mA and is biased by positive and negative supply, voltage. The percentage change on the output current is less than 0.1%. Choose the
practical values, of the supply voltages, current gain, resistance and transistors
parameter.
iv. Provide the data sheet of the transistors you used on the circuit design.

Draw the designed circuit. Label the circuit clearly. vi.
Determine the range of output resistance of the current source to maintain
the percentage change on the output current below 0.1%.
