vertical curve is based on the leability of the finished ground u want accourding to the design u r working on , for example u need more cut or more fil in ur profile , and dependin the second degree on the safty specification of the road design so as passing sight distance,stop distance and k value ,after u finish u r curve you can check whether ur curve is accepted or not according to AASHTO specification .
